    About Us

    • Kapital Care Trust & Securities Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company on 1st June 2005 to provide Financial Investment Advisory Services to Corporate Clients, Government and Individuals.

    • The firm obtained its Stock broking license from The Nigerian Stock Exchange on 2nd September 2005 and was duly registered on 28th February, 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

    • The firm commenced full trading activities on all the trading floors of the exchange on 15th March, 2006 and has grown its shareholders' funds from N70million at start to N200million to date.

    Benjamin Baton Sabiyi

    Benjamin Baton Sabiyi is the chairman of the board of directors of Kapital Care Trust and Securities Limited. A retired group captain of the Nigerian Airforce,he has held strategic leadership positions while in service. An associate of the Association Of National Accountants Of Nigeria, he is currently into private business practice.

    Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer

    Daniel Michael Katsit is the Chief Executive Officer of KAPITAL CARE TRUST & SECURITIES LTD. He qualified as an Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) in 1998. He worked with the Nigerian Postal Service Department (NIPOST) (1990) and the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing (1992) as an Audit Officer and a Finance Officer respectively. His Stock broking career started with Afrique Securities Ltd later to DBL Securities Ltd (a subdiary of Diamond Bank Plc) and AAA Stockbrokers Ltd.
    He holds a B.sc degree and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Lagos State University, Ojo-Lagos respectively. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He has over 13 years experience in the Capital Market and is an active dealing clerk on the trading floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Daniel Michael Katsit was actively involved in the various transactions (share transfers) of the Bureau for Public Enterprise (BPE) in the privatization exercise of 2000 -2002 by the Federal Government. Mr. Daniel is a member of the Board of Directors of Olive Microfinance Bank Limited and Currency Direct Express Limited (BDC). He was one time Branch Council Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is widely travelled.

    NWACHU GODWIN UCHECHUKWU – BSC, ACA Manager, Finance /Admin.

    Mr. Nwachu Godwin Uchechukwu is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He has over 17 years post qualification experience in the capital market industry. He has held so many managerial positions before joining Kapital Care Trust and Securities Limited as Chief Financial Officer.

    ODEH, VICTOR OSAGIE – HND, ACA Manager, Benin Branch

    Mr. Odeh Victor Osagie is currently the Branch Manager of our Benin office. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He is a graduate of Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Edo State. Mr. Odeh has had over 10 years experience in the capital market before joining Kapital Care Trust and Securities Limited as the Benin office Branch Manager.

    Ogah Ngozi Sabina

    Mrs Ogah Ngozi is a non –executive director in Kapital Care Trust and Securities Limited. She holds a BSC Hons in Banking and Finance from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology. An astute and hard working business woman she has interest and experience in Oil and gas and the finance industry.
